Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an appointment?

If you are new to us, you must have a consultation first, which you can book through our online booking system, or message us directly on our social media platforms. If you are an existing customer, you must contact us directly only.

Do you offer consultations?

We offer consultations for all treatments that we provide. You must have a consultation and patch test no less than 48h prior to your treatment, except tattoo removal which is 2 weeks prior to treatment. Injectables and cryotherapy do not require a patch test and can, if time allows, be performed on the day.

Do you require a deposit?

Our consultations require a deposit of £25 which must be paid upon booking, and is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. However, this sum is deducted off your treatment price, should you decide to go ahead.

How do I go ahead if I need 2 consultations for 2 separate treatments?

Our usual consultation time is 20 minutes per treatment; therefore, we can only discuss 1 treatment at a time. If you have multiple enquiries, we suggest that you book a consultation for each enquiry. Any laser treatment requires a patch test, so you need to ensure that consent, aftercare and policy forms are completed prior to your appointment. All treatments that can be performed on the day require the completion of the forms mentioned above. These are sent in separate emails and you simply need to click the link and follow instructions.

How do I cancel or rearrange appointments?

Cancellations must be made over 48h notice where you have directly spoken to someone or through our social media platforms. We do not offer a cancellation service online. You must get in touch with us directly via our social platforms.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is parking free of charge on the front street and around local streets with no permit required.

What is the best way to pay for my appointment?

We accept card payments; however, cash is preferred.

Do I need to arrive early?

We ask that you arrive on time, or 5 minutes prior to appointment to avoid overcrowding in the waiting area.

Am I able to bring someone with me to the appointment?

The treatment room is only reserved for the clinician and client to be treated for general safety reasons. Please do not bring any friends, family, or children along unless they are also having a consultation/ treatment, otherwise they will be required to wait in the downstairs in the waiting area.

How do I prepare for my patch test?

Your aftercare form should include preparation instructions for each treatment. As a general rule, the area to be tested or assessed by the clinician must be free of makeup and skincare. For laser hair removal and tattoo removal, the hair must be shaved on the morning of your appointment.
