The De-TOX facial
Indulge in a heaven of relaxation with this advanced lymphatic massage facial, aiming to reduce muscle tension, blocked sinuses, puffiness, eliminate toxins, and improve blood flow to the face, neck, shoulders, and scalp.
Suitable for most conditions including pregnancy, this facial is fantastic for any skin type, and includes a range of advanced massage techniques to help lift the face, relax sore muscles, and rehydrate parched skin.
Please note, this facial cannot be performed over active eczema and psoriasis anywhere on the shoulder, neck, scalp, and face regions, broken skin such as active breakouts, cuts, scratches, cold sores, or after a recent sunburn under 2 weeks.
The Tummy Snatcher
Making a huge comeback, this abdominal lymphatic massage aims to reduce bloating, and slim down the waist through the removal of toxins and excess water. It improves bowel movements, alleviates period cramps, and helps you feel lighter after indulging.
The tummy Snatcher treatment is NOT a form of weight loss and should not be treated as such. The aim of the treatment is to help alleviate constipation, and to release toxins blocked in the lymph nodes in the mid-section. This treatment is ideal for anyone who suffers from water retention.
After treatment the area will look slimmer and feel lighter. Please note that for full benefits, an ongoing course of treatment is suggested at once per week for 6 weeks minimum.
Because of the role the lymphatic system has, lymphatic drainage massage – or lymph drainage therapy as it’s sometimes known – can help produce a wide range of health, aesthetic and fitness benefits. These include: reducing swelling, supporting weight loss, improving skin elasticity, improving digestion, aiding sleep and relaxation, boosting the immune system to help prevent illness and disease, and supporting faster muscle recovery to aid with exercise.
Please note that certain conditions and medications must be avoided for this treatment and there are certain contraindications. Get in touch with us for treatment suitability enquiries prior to booking
B12 injections
Vitamin B12 is an essential, naturally occurring, water-soluble vitamin that plays a role in many bodily functions, including: DNA production, red blood cell formation, supports a healthy metabolism and chemical reactions, healthy brain function, and more.
After a course of treatments, you will generally notice a faster metabolism, more energy, better sleep quality, a reduction in brain fog, and healthier skin, hair, and nails.
Here at the clinic, we offer intramuscular B12 injections for wellness purposes. Please always speak to your GP if you have anaemia or any health conditions that require B12 injections as these will need monitoring, and a special course prescribed.
The use of vitamin B12 will have a positive effect if you have been diagnosed with, or experiencing any of the following: lethargy, feeling faint, chronic tiredness, difficulty concentrating.
Please note that the use of B12 does not exclude you from seeking medical advice for any of the symptoms listed. It is imperative that you inform yourself well before going ahead with the treatment. Your GP is best placed to provide you with the most effective, and accurate advice with regards to any of the symptoms you are experiencing.
Please note that these symptoms are not just associated with the B12 deficiency and it is important to seek your GP's advice first.
The B12 injections have a positive effect against the deficiency symptoms when administered regularly over a period of 3-6 months. It is recommended that you receive about 6 injections over the period of 6 weeks to build up your body's vitamin B12 store. This can then last for several months.
It is normal and recommended to administer 3-monthly injections to replenish the B12 vitamin levels.
There are usually no side effects from these vitamin B12 injections.
Please note, this treatment requires a prescription, so a consultation is needed prior.
